My wife and I just ordered the internet from T-mobile. One of the process is a 2 step identification procedure which required you to click on a link from your email. My wife and I both left our phones home so in order to finish the sign up I had to drive all the way home just to get this done. You mean to tell me the agent could not just override this since we had our ID? Or better yet bring up Gmail on their computer or any one of the ones in the store to let my wife click on the link?
T-Mobile should not assume that everyone has their device with them and should have alternate ways to get this done. If it was just me I would have never gotten the service. I give T-Mobile one out of 5 stars.
